Alesia Arkusha, “Miss Monique”, is a Progressive House DJ and Producer out of Kyiv, the Capital of Ukraine, who has risen to be one of the most well know female artists in Europe through her “eclectic mix of trance, progressive house and techno” – (RA).


Alesia Arkusha, born May 5, first made an appearance at Prime Club, one of Ukraine’s top clubs at the time, and had then after been actively performing her sets in cities all around Ukraine for two years since late 2011 before launching her radioshow “Mind Games Podcast” in 2013. That same year she began her affiliation with Radio Intense, an Online Radio/TV with live broadcasting of DJ sets and a studio in the Heart of Kyiv, Ukraine with a fan base of about 174K YouTube subscribers as of September 2019. She would also perform with stars of the first echelon of electronic stages like R3HAB, a Dutch DJ and Producer, and British DJ Eddie Halliwell in Asian Tour 2013.


Olesia Arkusha’s first official release was “Advance (Original Mix)” in collaboration with talented musician / DJ LinBit, which was recorded and first released in late 2014 under Lohit Label. She also began to perform on the foreign platforms this same year and would soon begin to release amazing tracks under Freegrant Music Label. This, especially her biggest and most recognizable hit “No Fear”, released in late 2015, landed her on the radar of, and was highly appreciated by World Class DJ’s like Armin Van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk, Gareth Emery, and Paul Oakenfold amongst many others.

In May of 2017, she released yet another great hit called “Bombay (Original Mix)” under Intricate Records after having overwhelming emotions when visiting The Dharavi Slums of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This continued to enhance her popularity.

Debut and Performances

It wasn’t long before she would go on to make her debut at world famous Ibiza, a Spanish island in the Mediterranean Sea off the eastern coast of Spain best known for its association with the nightlife and electronic dance music scene. Since, she has performed her sets internationally in more than 25 countries like Hungary, Czech Republic, India, and Belarius to name a few. She has also returned to Ibiza.

Mind Games, MiMo Weekly, and Radio Intense

Mind Games was a major turn in her career as it quickly gained popularity amongst foreign listeners reaching more than 1,000,000 viewers on YouTube in April 2015, and currently has approximately 147K YouTube subscribers as of September 2019. She has since continued to work on other projects like MiMo Weekly Podcast and Radio Intense where she never fails to constantly deliver amazing sets. She has also had positive feedback with releases on large labels like Black Hole and Bonzai Progressive. Her latest endeavor is the founding of her own Label, Siona Records.
